Hi,

I've followed you recommendations @ Eytosearth.org regarding clay baths.

We have slowly increased the amount of clay, starting with just a cup or two and now using 10-15 pounds for one bath. The effect rapidly increases with the amount of clay used. After the first few baths I had headaches, felt tired and feeling very heaving the next morning, even swetting the whole night. Then after each batch symptoms eased until finally there were no more symptoms.

I guess it means that the detox is complete.

Hi Ken:

That's excellent. This is exactly what should occur in an "ideal" situation.

However, it doesn't mean that the body has been completely detoxified. It most likely indicates that the body has "caught up" and is able to keep up with metabolic waste through its own natural cleansing ability.

I would recommend doing an occasional maintenance clay bath, and continue working to keep the body's own innate detox ability in great shape via diet and exercise.

Hello,
I heard that Apple Cider Vinegar baths can be beneficial for all sorts of reasons and was wondering if I could add ACV to my clay baths without there being a negative reaction?

Greetings:

You can absolutely combine apple cider vinegar with clay for bath use. It is highly therapeutic.
