hemorroids

Hi,
I would like to make suppositories for hemorrhoids. Any success stories?
I am worried that if i make them too hard, they will not "melt" and where will they go to and what would happen to them? I presume i need to do them to the right texture to put them in, not too soft and not too hard, which would prevent me from preparing them in advance...
any sugestions?
